Day 69

Chocolate peanut butter fudge. Not appealing in a photo maybe 😉
400g dark chocolate, 25g butter, can condensed milk, tablespoon or so of peanut butter. Melt together over low heat. Sieve 100g approximately icing sugar into pan, beat together. When it comes cleanly away from the sides it’s ready. Into a grease proof paper lined tin and press down to about a cm or so depth. Leave for a few hours, I usually put it in the fridge, until cooled. Cut, munch 🙂 Recipe from Carnation.
